This Forklift Proximity Warning System is an induction alarm applied in factory,warehouse forklift. When someone with P-Tag is close to the hazardous materials at a distance, this alarm device will send out a sound light alarm to tell the operator someone coming, reminding the driver slowing down and also warning the passerby leaving soon. This wireless distance measuring alarm has been applied to forklifts.
It can also be applied in other dangerous operating areas, especially construction site with heavy machinery operation. The tag”P-Tag” can be put on the helmet. Everyone shall wear a helmet to enter the construction site. When the staff close to the large dangerous machine under working or operating vehicles, it will send out a sound light alarm to ensure personal security in the operation process.

Instructions for base station
1) The base station is installed on the central point of the area alarm. Installed in the open area, nearby no metal or other obstacles blocking, otherwise it will affect the range accuracy or work of base station.
2) The antenna side must be at the top and this side up, strong enough; take its shock resistance into consideration and avoid being impacted by other objects.
3) The alarm device should be installed in the position where is easy to see and hear.
4) Pay attention to whether the voltage and current of the power supply meets the working range of the base station, and the voltage and current should be stable without interference.
5) After the base station is installed, with power on it can enter the working state. If the tag is into the alarm range it will give sound and light alarm .

This alarm system adopts femtosecond distance measurement technology, real-time monitoring the relative distance of tag within tens of meters. If there is a person with P-Tag close to the vehicle, into the alarm range, the host will give an alarm immediately.
Instruction for P-Tag
P-Tag is used to communicate with the alarm base station so that it can be completed with the wearer's ranging process. When using P- tags, pay attention to the following:
1) Wearing tags.
Through the communication and distance measurement between pulse electromagnetic wave and base station, when people wear tags, should prevent shading and shielding. Tags can be worn on the helmet, reducing the possibility of shading.
2) Charging of tags. Common MicroUSB line is used. When the battery power is low, the internal LED light of the tag will flash. Therefore, when the LED light is flashing, the tag needs to be charged in time.
3) Dust prevention. There is MicroUSB dust plug, low ability of dust prevention and water resistance. Do not inject water artificially into the tag, not filled with water, to avoid damage to the tag.
