WTN4 series of voice chips include WTN4045, WTN4065, WTN4105 (if it is 6KHz sample rate, their voice length is 45s, 65s, 105s).
WTN4 is a multi-functional single chip, CMOS speech synthesis 4-bit MCU. Provide one-channel audio output, high-quality PWM to drive speaker. Speech synthesis adopts ADPCM, max sample rate up to 44.1KHz.
Precise +/-1% internal oscillation, no need of external oscillation, low standby power consumption.

Note:
Supply voltage and control mode have been set when programming, cannot be changed. So please tell us your application requirements when ordering.
Chip voltage setting determines the opening and closing of internal LDO. Pay attention to voltage setting, that must be matched with supply voltage and circuit connection. Otherwise, it will cause chip damage or not working. Supply voltage as shown below:
