Product Description

This speed limit control system is designed for motor vehicles, especially for forklift trucks, to stop speeding drivers by limiting the forklift travel speed without affecting the hydraulic lifting power. Widely applied to gas,electric and diesel forklift, and other motor vehicles.

This forklift speed limit control system is mainly used for factory, warehouse forklift management. At present, there are three types: forklift over speed alarm, forklift speed limit alarm, forklift safety management system.

About the forklift speed limiters, the system detects that the truck is moving and then applies the throttle restriction to limit the truck speed. When the truck slows down, the limit is removed to allow full power for lift hydraulics, eg. preset the speed value, such as 20km/H, then forklift speed will be controlled within 20km/h.

About the product installation, our company is the only company who designs and manufactures wireless speed sensor to have wireless installation in China. Wireless installation method greatly simplifies the product installation process, without damaging the vehicle. We own the forklift safety management system wireless sensor patent, so supporting two kinds of installation method that you can choose .

11) Adopt relay to control oil circuits, realizing overspeed locking and speed limit control. Mechanical speed limit can be used together with mechanical throttle speed limiter.

12) Works only when truck is moving, so that lift capability is not affected
